Pea Shoots

Snip off the tender tips of the plants . These are good in a salad, or lightly stir-fried with sesame and garlic.

 Swiss chard.

Presented by Dennis
When harvesting Swiss chard, kale, parsley, cilantro, or zesty greens, it is important to remember to keep at least 5 leaves on the plant so it can continue to grow and provide food throughout the season.
